Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully disassemble components as necessary and pack the bike or gear in its original factory packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
