How long does shipping take for a Twitter bike?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Once your bike is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in a secure carton. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We provide all necessary tools and a digital assembly guide.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Twitter Bike provides a 5-year warranty on the carbon fiber frames and a 1-year warranty on non-consumable components. This covers manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear or crash damage.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and interest-free financing options through Klarna and Affirm for eligible customers.
